HP Autonomy Qfiniti User Maintenance Automation
The business required that the user management of the Autonomy Qfiniti system was automated based upon Organisation Structure in the pre-existing Operations System. The operations system is used a single point of control to dictate the organisation structure, the employment status of staff, their phone logins and whether they should be recorded. An automated process was produced to reconcile this data against the call recording system and control license assignment. The process also maintains the integrity of agents who may leave and thus have their phone logins reassigned, as there is a need to search for calls based on phone login, well after an agent may have left. The process makes heavy use of TPL to minimise the time taken.
